Disclaimer: Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email and a receipt of payment. Should you wish to submit your receipts for extended health care benefit coverage, you will require the receipt signed by the therapist running the group. These receipts will be provided weekly at the end of each group. You will only receive a signed receipt for weeks you attend group, and we are unable to provide a benefit receipt for any weeks you do not attend.
