Hi, I'm Carrie-Lynn
I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who has a deep passion for working with couples. I have trained in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method for couples therapy and am so excited to have had the opportunity to be trained as a Seven Principles Leader to help even more couples reconnect and feel confident in their relationship.
I will be celebrating 17 years with my partner, and am no stranger to using the seven principles in my own relationship.
I loves to infuse humour into my work and believe that working on your relationship can be joyful and fun!
