From Resentment to Resilience
A Self‑Guided Program for Moms Who Are Tired of Carrying It All
Postpartum resentment is a common and normal feeling experienced by many new moms, though it's rarely discussed openly. The journey into parenthood is life-changing, filled with joy, but also with demands that can feel exhausting and isolating. Between sleep deprivation, endless tasks, and the emotional upheaval that comes with new roles, it’s no wonder many moms start to feel quietly resentful. Understanding these feelings is the essential first step in managing them and finding a path back to balance and self-compassion. If you've experienced any of these feelings, know that you’re not alone, and that there is support and hope on this journey.
We created From Resentment to Resilience as a resource to help moms understand and work through these emotions, finding a new sense of resilience and self-empowerment along the way. Through guided exercises, reflections, and tools, you’ll discover ways to reconnect with yourself, find peace in the everyday, and experience parenthood with greater clarity and strength.
Bloom Perinatal Summit
All Recorded Sessions Available
Parenthood is one of life’s most profound transformations and navigating it with clinical skill, compassion, and evidence-informed care has never been more important.
We were honoured by how many people joined us live as we talked about subjects close to our hearts. Perinatal mental health extends way beyond the Baby Blues and the parents in our lives deserve the care and support we can all provide. This summit was brought together by our amazing team of perinatal specialists.
We wanted the hard-work and education of the summit to be available to those who need it so we've created an on-demand recording that offers education, insight, and support for those working with (or walking through) the perinatal period. In a continued effort to make an impact on perinatal mental health, we will also be donating all proceeds at year-end to those dedicated to supporting parents worldwide.
